The more context you send, the fewer round trips we need. For most requests these four things are enough:

• The account email on the subscription.
• What you were trying to create — the prompt you entered, if you have it.
• The settings you used: style, video type (moving images or AI video), aspect ratio and duration.
• What happened versus what you expected. If a job failed, the approximate time it was submitted helps us find it in the queue.

For invoices, plan changes, cancellations or failed payments, mention the plan name (Beginner, Hustler or Pro) and whether you are on monthly or yearly billing. Payments are processed by Stripe, so we can look up a transaction from your account email alone — never send us a full card number.

Generation runs as an asynchronous job, so a video can still be processing after the page shows it as started. Check My Assets in your dashboard first. If a job has been stuck for more than an hour, tell us when you submitted it and we will check the queue directly.

Credits are deducted per generated video. If you believe credits were deducted for a job that never produced a video, say so explicitly and we will refund them to your balance.

For API access on the Pro plan, reseller arrangements, affiliate enquiries or press, use the same address with “Partnership” in the subject line so it reaches the right person.

One business day for billing and account issues. Two business days for technical investigations that need us to reproduce a generation. Pro plan subscribers on 24/7 priority support are answered first.
