You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us immediately at support@changeme.example if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

One person may use one account. Sharing credentials to pool credit balances is not permitted and may result in suspension without refund.

The service is credit-based. One credit is consumed per unit of generation as described on the pricing page. Credit allowances are attached to your plan and renew on your billing cycle.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Payments are processed by Stripe and appear on your statement under their descriptor.

If a generation job fails through our fault and produces no output, we will restore the credits it consumed. Contact support with the approximate submission time and we will verify against the job queue.

You agree not to use the service to create, upload or distribute content that:

• infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights;
• depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent — this includes deepfakes, synthetic impersonation and fabricated endorsements;
• is defamatory, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit;
• is deceptive, including misinformation presented as fact, fake news, or fraudulent advertising and impersonation of a business;
• promotes illegal activity, violence, self-harm or regulated goods;
• contains malware, or attempts to probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Automated filtering cannot catch everything, so enforcement is partly manual. We may remove content, suspend generation, or terminate an account that breaches this section, without refund. Where a violation is unclear we will usually warn first.

You keep the rights to the videos you generate, subject to the acceptable use rules above and to your plan. Paid plans may download output without a watermark; free or trial output may carry one.

AI output is assembled from models and licensed assets we or our processors provide, including background music from our licensed library. You are responsible for how you use and distribute a video, including complying with the terms of any platform you publish it to.

Be aware that AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright protection in some jurisdictions, and that two similar prompts can produce similar output for different users. We do not warrant that output is unique to you.

Generation relies on third-party models and infrastructure, including text-to-speech, image and video generation, cloud queueing and payment processing. Their availability and output quality can change without notice. Their own terms apply to their part of the pipeline, and their outages may affect generation times.

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Generation is asynchronous and can take time depending on queue depth, video length and selected style. We may change features, limits or models, and may perform maintenance with notice where practical.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that generated content will be accurate, appropriate for your purpose, or accepted by any third-party platform.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost audience, or platform account actions taken against you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or to comply with law. On termination your right to use the service stops immediately; download any videos you want to keep before closing your account, as stored output is deleted with it.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced to account holders by email before they take effect, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
